Yogi Centered prides itself on being completely accepting, everyone is welcome! No previous experience is needed. Any disabilities or difficulties are worked with or around and optional modifications are provided to make every yoga posture possible for everyone. All body types are welcome.
Classes are generally based on the Hatha style of yoga, while Restorative and Vinyasa styles are also an influence. Many aspects of yoga are incorporated into the classes, this includes physical yoga poses (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), relaxation and meditation exercises (pratyahara, dharana, dhyana) and more.
Pregnancy Relaxation Classes incorporate all of the most relaxing aspects of a normal yoga class while being completely safe even for complicated pregnancies.
